In this course, highly experienced mediator James Melamed shares his favorite techniques and strategies to help participants through the mediation process. This includes presentation of concepts associated with “Maximizing Mediation,” Framing, Question Forms, Rapport Development, Resource States, Strategic Approaches, De-positioning and Integrative Negotiation.

Jim Melamed co-founded Mediate.com in 1996 and served as CEO of Mediate.com until 2020. Before Mediate.com, Jim founded The Mediation Center in Eugene, Oregon in 1983 and served as Executive Director of the Academy of Family Mediators (AFM) from 1987 to 1993.
