• How long do I have access to the training once purchased?

    Once you have made your purchase you have 6 months to complete the training. Should you need additional time, you can contact us at university@mediate.com and request an additional 2 weeks at no charge. Any additional time after the request will be at 10% of the purchase price for each additional month.

  • What is your refund policy?

    On-demand courses:
    -After purchasing your course, you may request a 75% refund within 5% completion of the course.
    -A 50% refund within 15% completion of the course
    -After viewing 16% of the course, you are not entitled to a refund. *Training Bundles are not eligible for refunds

    Live Courses:
    -If you cancel attendance at a live course 30 days prior to the start date, a $50 administrative fee is deducted in your refund
    -If you cancel 7 days prior to the start date, a $100 administrative fee is deducted in your refund
    -Cancellations within the week or during the live training, no refund will be issued.

  • Where can I find my Certificate of Completion?

    Once you have completed your course, you can access your Certificate of Completion by accessing "My Account" under your user name at the top right of the screen.

    If you do not see an available certificate, access your course and make sure you have fully completed the course including all forms and manuals.

  • Can I use this training for my class or group?

    Our courses are not to be used in a classroom setting without our explicit consent. The courses are intended for a single individual and only one Certificate of Completion will be issued per purchase. You can review group rate pricing at https://www.mediateuniversity.com/pages/group-discounts

  • What information do you collect and what do you do with it?

    When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

    Email marketing: we may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion

  • Live training recording policy

    Please be advised Mediate University will be video recording, photographing, transcribing, and/or audio recording this event. Mediate University will collect such recordings, transcriptions, and/or photography, and may edit, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or otherwise use them, in whole or in part. Some of the video recording, audio recording, transcription, and/or photographing may include the remarks and/or images of persons in attendance at the event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mediate University may utilize your voice and/or likeness in the video recordings, audio recordings, and/or photographs in any and all manner and media throughout the Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc umbrella in perpetuity. Such permission will be construed to include (1) your express waiver of the right to inspect or approve the finished product incorporating your words, voice, and/or likeness; and (2) your express release of Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc. and its respective employees, licensees, and assignees from and against any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of production, distribution, or exhibition of the video recordings, audio recordings, transcription, and/or photographs.
