Colm Brannigan

Colm Brannigan LL.M. (ADR), C.Med., C.Med-Arb, C.Arb, FCIArb is an acknowledged expert in the development of med-arb and online dispute resolution processes. He was a member of the ADRIC's Task Force on Med-Arb which developed the ADRIC Med-Arb Rules.

Colm is a graduate of the University of Toronto, McMaster University and Queen’s University. He also holds an LL.M. in ADR from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Teaching Effectiveness Certificate from Humber College.

Colm has taught law and ADR part-time in the Business School at Humber College and has been an adjunct faculty member in ADR in the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University.
