Dr. Clare Fowler, Ph.D.

Clare Fowler is Executive Vice-President and Managing Editor at Mediate.com and an experienced mediator and trainer with over 20 years of practice. She holds a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership focused on workplace conflict reduction.

Since 2013, Clare has led Mediate.com’s 40-hour Basic Mediation Training and has mediated extensively for organizations including Google, Sirius, OSHA, and the U.S. Department of the Interior. Her teaching blends academic depth with practical, real-world experience.
